Switzerland ATC

Geneva RWY23 threshold
Etienne Maillard joins us this week on Across The Pond on the Airplane Geeks to talk about the Air Traffic Control system in Switzerland.

Etienne is in his final year of ATC training and explains sectors, heights, airways and airfield challenges. We learn what it takes to be in ATC and how Etienne managed to decide on this career.

Its a really interesting insight into ATC in Europe and more particularly in an area of Europe where many flights cross on their journey's around the world.
