This week I get the chance to talk through some news items with Gareth Stringer and Tim Robinson. We look at the recent conference that focused on UAV use in civilian airspace. (Lucky the outtakes didn't make it as you would have heard my nervousness around this). Tim told us that there was scope for this to work and some of the applications being considered.
Gareth watched the recent Channel 4 programme which showed the real life stories of flying an Apache in Afghanistan in the current troubles..... Sobering stuff!
We end up looking at Stelios and his idea of starting a new airline. Is he serious or is it just a website?
