To allow aviation enthusiasts the capability to network excusively, this site is a mine of aviation information, photography and blogs. All from those sharing the passion of everything aviation.

This week on Across The Pond we speak to Gavin Stringer, Deputy Editor of Global Aviation Resources about how The Hangar came about and what it sets out to achieve.

The Hangar can be found at www.thehanger.tv and Gareth can be found at www.globalaviationresource.com or on Twitter @Gareth_Stringer or @gaviationr

  1. Yes this site may be mine of aviation but very hard to understand for a beginner who wants to learn something. This is my own thinking, you may or may not agree with me:P but I really felt so. I thought there must be some thing about tourism and stuff like that but I guess there is not :)will explore some other day for sure :P

  2. Thanks for your feedback. One suggestion is that to improve social networking sites someone has to be first. Why don't you start a blog or a group and see if people respond and help you out.

This website is not a source of aviation data unless people contribute that information, that's what social networking is all about.

I don't have a link to The Hangar but as an enthusiast there is plenty to entertain me.

  3. @Flights for Travel: Its alwasy hard to learn new thing for beginers. If anyone explore it he/she can learn many things. You cant say anything by viewing only one blog. Explore this site and see more blog posts surely you will learn manythings from here.

Good Work Pieter. Keep it up.
